Who do they sub-contract with for their media work?

Are these sub-contractors determined at the discretion of the individual realtor? Or by the brokerage firm they work for?

What seem to be standard rates? Are these rates fixed? Or are they proportional to rate of the house?

Are these media fees paid by the realtor? Or are they paid by the homeowner?

Are media services purchased separately? As a package? Or determined on a case-by-case basis?
